David Molak (16) Bullied and Committed Suicide

This young man named David Molak was (16) a San Antonio, Texas Native in High school he passed away January 4, 2016 do to being a bully victim, he saddly committed suicide. Being a spokesperson on this tragic topic this young man's story like so many others has touched my heart. So many young people today face being bullied on a day to day basis. But yet so little is done to prevent such things. I like so many others was also a bully victim when in school and struggled and was faced with depression low self esteem a crushed spirit that felt unwanted and unloved by everybody But Here I am today as a young adult making a voice for those that couldn't stand and that lost their voice.  I started being a spokesperson in 2010 after I heard the death of so many teens back to back on the news all because they too were victims of bullying and all ended their own lives. Like this young man here David Molak. Back in 2010 a young teen a few years younger than him named Asher brown who was 13 in 8th grade was bullied for numerous accounts for reasons and to took his life and he like David was also a Texan but the difference between these two young beautiful souls is that a Asher Brown was a local Cypress kid and I live in Cypress Texas.  Since I have become a self ambassador spokesperson on the topics of bullying suicide and depression and I have used the stories and the impact and stories of teens and young adults stories of how they are bullied and ended up Committing suicide. I use their stories inspiration on why we must take a stand and make a voice for those like David and Asher and so many others that don't have a voice so today I say let's make a voice stand up against bullying stand up against suicide stand up against Depression. I have always said that bullying leads to depression and depression leads to suicide. I too know what it has felt to be bullied and struggle with depression and be on the verge of taking my life but I got through it and today I am 22 years old making the stand being the voice for those who have no voice at all join the pledge today become a selfspoken ambassador for those topics #DavidMolak #Suicide #Bullying #TX 🙏🏼😔

This is an Article I found online from June 2011

http://www.newser.com/story/120323/gay-bisexual-teens-do-riskier-things-in-new-cdc-study.html

This link is stating that more gay and Bisexual people are more tend to drink and smoke. I don't agree with that what do ever. This is an issue caused by others not by one that is a victim of being bullied and treated like crap. Please read and share what you think on the facebook page and twitter thanks

Teen Commit Suicide 2010

This is very sad as a another teen took his like..
So far the only news report comes from The Daily Item, a local Pennsylvania newspaper, and we've learned our lesson about picking up poorly sourced news reports about bullying suicides, and rarely do we pray we're actually being hoaxed, but the sad news of 14-year-old high schooler Brandon Bitner killing himself is impossible to ignore. (Update: After some initial caution, we've confirmed Bitner's death is most definitely not a ruse.)
Bitner reportedly ran in front of a tractor truck to kill himself around 3am Friday morning, leaving behind a suicide note. The ninth-grader at Midd-West High School in Middleberg had, days before, attended an anti-bullying school assembly. Superintendent Wesley Knapp says there's never been a reported incident of bullying at the school -- a statistic that shows Midd-West is not, in fact, a place of 100% sunshine and smiles, but a place with a flawed system to combat bullying: Students say Brandon was indeed subjected to anti-gay torment.
For now, Knapp is telling parents, "I would encourage parents to talk with their school-age children regarding this tragedy, and encourage their children to seek help when they feel frustrated, depressed, and encourage them to reach out to other students who seem lonely or hurting. ... It is a blow to any school to lose a student, but suicide makes the pain of the loss even greater than it would normally be, and school personnel are doing everything they can do to help students through the pain, and more importantly try to ensure that students receive help and attention before they feel they need to take drastic measures to end their life.”
A hastily assembled memorial page at BrandonBitner.com -- a domain registered Nov. 6, the day after his death -- says the funeral will be Wednesday.
(The Daily Item, which this blogger has never heard of before, claims to have a history dating back to the 1930s.)

Kid Fostered , Parents Kick Out Of Home For Discussion Of Being Homosexual

Hey Y'all been reading the news today and came across this article about Foster parents in the UK not wanting kids that are Homosexual. Read this article here.

Discrimination based on religion v. discrimination based on sexual orientation

About half of Americans are against adoption by homosexual couples, and the state of Florida banned gay adoption for 33 years before the law was declared unconstitutional. Britain, though, does not share America's skepticism towards the practice.
Quite the opposite, actually. A court in London recently ruled that potential parents opposed to homosexuality may not take in foster children.
A Pentecostal British couple was denied a foster child over their opposition to homosexuality, according to the Religion News Service blog. The U.K.'s 2007 Equality Act prevents discrimination based on sexual orientation and applies to adoption agencies, including those with religious ties, though groups like evangelicals tend to take a stand against same-sex partnerships, believing that biblically God intended marriage for one man and one woman.
From Reuters:
The couple, who are Pentecostal Christians, had gone to court after a social worker expressed concerns about them becoming respite carers after they said they could not tell a child that a "homosexual lifestyle" was acceptable.
Eunice and Owen Johns, both in their 60s and from Derbyshire in the English midlands, asked judges to rule that their faith should not be a bar to them becoming carers, and that the law should protect their Christian values.
But Lord Justice Munby and Mr. Justice Beatson ruled at the Royal Courts of Justice in London that laws protecting people from discrimination because of their sexual orientation "should take precedence" over the right not to be discriminated against on religious grounds, the Press Association reported.
The couple said after the case that being a Christian was not a crime and should not stop them from raising children.
"We have been excluded because we have moral opinions based on our faith, and a vulnerable child has probably now missed the chance of finding a safe and caring home," they said in a statement issued through the Christian Legal Centre.
What a difference the Atlantic makes: in America, there's the belief that gay parents should not adopt; In Britain, the belief that anti-gay parents should not adopt.
It seems to come down to the U.K.'s legal mandate to prevent discrimination based on sexual orientation in schools, workplaces, civil society and the government, for which there is no equivalent in the U.S., where laws vary by state.
In America, First Amendment guarantees to religious freedom come first, and that's why the Boy Scouts, churches, adoption agencies and other private groups can consider sexual orientation as a factor.

This world is horrible of how they treat one another we are all equal in gods eyes and world. We should all have equal rights and freedom in all areas of the world but do we hell no.People are so judgmental and rude and hatful and I think all people like that need to go to hell because we are all equal no matter the color of skim, tall or shot, gay,bi or straight or ugly or pretty young or old we are all equal. People that do these things need to go to prison. Please follow this blog and comment and share please help stop bullying, haters and so forth thanks

Father Charged,Two Kids Shot,One Death

Father charged with murder after two children shot

This Is horrible, I don't know why a man would do this to his kids, or anyone for that matter. I hope the family helps th girl get through this. This is a sad case to report. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers

San Jacinto County father has been arrested after two of his children were shot, one fatally, as officers tried to serve an arrest warrant at his Coldspring home Monday afternoon.
Predrag Perisic, 54, formerly of La Porte, is charged with murder in San Jacinto County and interference with child custody in Harris County, law enforcement officials said. Bond on the murder charge was set at $1 million. No bond was set on the interference charge.
Officers with the Texas Attorney General's Office Cyber Crime Task Force, Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and deputies with the San Jacinto County Sheriff's Officewent to Perisic's home at 21 Red Bird Lane in Coldspring at about 5 p.m. Monday to serve the arrest warrant for child custody interference, reports show.
The officers had cleared the first story of the residence and walked upstairs to the second floor when they heard gunshots coming from the rear of the house.
When officers arrested Perisic, they found his two children — a 12-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy - had been shot. Officers believe the children were shot by their father, a sheriff's office press release states.
The 10-year-old boy, Deyan Perisic, was rushed to Memorial Medical Center in Livingston, where he was pronounced dead in the emergency room. The 12-year-old girl, Danyel Perisic, was flown by medical helicopter toMemorial Hermann Hospital, where she is listed in stable condition today.
Predrag Perisic had been charged Nov. 5 with interference with child custody, a state jail felony offense, following a La Porte Police Department investigation, records show.
The criminal complaint accuses the children's father of failing to return them Nov. 3 to their mother, a La Porte woman who had been granted custody of the youths by a Superior Court in the Province of Quebec in Canada.
Perisic was supposed to return the children to their mother at her attorney's office in Houston that day, but never showed up, the criminal complaint states.
The mother's neighbors in La Porte told police they last saw Perisic and the children Oct. 31 when he was driving a 2000 gray Jeep Cherokee, a vehicle that authorities later discovered had been reported stolen in Seattle, the criminal complaint shows.
La Porte police also discovered neither child had attended school since Oct. 25 and that their father had contacted the schools on Oct. 26 to inform staff that the children would no longer be attending classes since they were returning to Canada.
Both Perisic and the children's mother are Canadian citizens, court records show. He had filed for divorce from her earlier this year.

The San Jacinto County Sheriff's Office would not comment or answer any questions about the shootings today and referred all questions to the San Jacinto County District Attorney's Office. The prosecutor handling the case in the district attorney's office did not immediately respond to inquiries from the Chronicle.

Dead Dallas toddler believed to have been dipped in boiling water

DALLAS (AP) — A Dallas toddler has died after police say he was dropped in a pot of boiling water.
Dallas police told The Dallas Morning News in a story Tuesday that 16-month-old Jabraylon Bables appeared to have been dipped in boiling water. The toddler died Saturday from injuries and infections, 36 days after police say he was deliberately burned.
The boyfriend of the child's mother is a convicted murder named Carlnelus Delaney Simmons. He remains in the Dallas County Jail on a felony charge of injury to a child.
Attorney information was not available. Jabraylon's mother, Jasmine Thompson, said she does not believe Simmons would have deliberately hurt her child.
Simmons told police he accidentally dropped hot water on the boy.
The Dallas County medical examiner has ruled the death a homicide.
